Prospective Applicants

To apply for one of our rental properties, please review our Rental Guidelines and complete our Rental Application. 

Applications MUST be submitted to our office at 516 Bullard Avenue, Clovis, CA 93612.

Properties are rented to the first QUALIFIED and completed applicant in the order they are received.

A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents with or without pets as well as animals. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. If you need accommodation in another way, please contact your housing provider. There is a $20.00 fee for the first pet and $15.00 for each additional pet (additional processing fees may apply). No cost for an applicant with no pets, service animals, or support animals.
