RENTAL AGREEMENT

  • Prepare rental agreement.
  • Prepare check-in sheet.

  • We use outside vendors.  All vendors are licensed and Insured
  • We do not mark up any vendors bills.  Therefore we do not profit by ordering repairs for your home
  • Upon request, you receive vendors original invoice after work is completed
  • Daily follow up on repairs
